Whitby Town will welcome supporters, families, local residents and visitors to their Gala Day this Sunday 26th July at the Towbar Express Stadium.
There will be a mix of live entertainment, funfair rides and family attractions, community and trade stalls, food and drink. The event gets underway from 11am and continues throughout the day and into the evening.
The Gala Day stage will feature live performances from local artists and bands, including:
- The Heralds
- J.W. Darwin
- Jet Blax
- Skandels
- Leah Marie
- Jack Campbell
Young footballers will be taking part in a tournament across four age groups. The start times are as follows:
Under 7s – 10:00am
Under 9s – 10:00am
Under 13s – 11:15am
Under 11s – 12:15pm
Entry to Gala Day is £5 for adults, free for under 16s.
Dogs are welcome at the event but must not be taken onto the pitch. Designated smoking areas will be available around the stadium. No drinks may be brought into the venue. A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase inside the ground throughout the day.
